Chilli Con Queso Dip:
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
500g Kraft processed cheese
1 can evaporated milk (185ml?)
Method:
Fry chopped onions with pepper, paprika and chilli powder. Add finely chopped tomatoes, capsicum and oregano.
Grate cheese and add to ingredients, add evapourated milk and simmer unti cheese has melted.
For best flavour, cook, cool and reheat. Serve with corn chips, sour cream and spring onions.
