I missed this one and having read the reviews have now put it on tonight's menu. Sounds like a good, versatile recipe.

Making this again for tonight's dinner.  :)
A great stand by recipe, I am actually going to make 2, one for tonight and 1 for the freezer. I know it will go down well with each and every family member.  :D

Had to google quorn Denise, wasn't sure if your iPad was doing it's own thing and you meant chicken!  Never heard of it, you learn something every day.

I made a version of this with a combination of bolegnese and tomato sauces we had in the freezer when we had unexpected quests on Friday night. It was loved by all.  I always use the awesome cheese sauce recipes.

Never heard of quorn either. Must have a look and see if I can find it at the supermarket so I can inspect it close up

Quorn is avail at coles in many varieties, chicken fillets, mince and others. They have a range frozen and also just refrigerated. I used the one in the fridge. Its made from funghi i think. My youngest DD has been vegetarian for a couple of years. Rather than make 2 dinners i made it to suit. We all enjoyed it and its less calories so that has to be good.

I've heard of Quorn but I've never seen it or tasted it.  I might keep an eye out for it next time I'm at the supermarket.
