JD, I just put 1/2 this recipe mix into each mould after the first rise, let it do the second rise in them then baked. They came out really easily, but I had sprayed them as mine are just ss, no non stick coating.

I am doing sandwiches using this bread for lunch boxes tomorrow, just need 2 instead of 1.  :)

They would be some tiny sandwiches 😄

Absolutely!  ;)  ;D  ... and I think they ate more in total than they would have with 1 normal bread sandwich!  :D

My first attempt at bread in the TMX and they were fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing, these are going to be regulars in our household!

For the round shape, I guess you could just use Nut Loaf tins, you know, the old fashioned round tin used for Date and Nut Loaves.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

MJ,  for the round sloces I use the Pipe loaf tin,  but these small ones look so dainty.

I have  a bread question if you don't mind.
How long does it stay fresh or should I make it when when we want to eat it?
Thanks xx

We don't have bread everyday uni. None of us have it for breakfast and rarely with out dinner so if we have left overs for lunch there's no bread consumed. I love fresh bread but can go days without eating any depending on what leftovers I have for my lunch.

Thank you.

Chookie remember my first loaf & how hard i thought it was & was going to give up, so much work etc. Then Faffa said you dot just pop to the shops for a loaf of bread, you buy heaps more.

Plus  thank you Chookie for encouraging me.

My family hate shop & bakery bread.  They are getting next weeend though, LOL ;D
