Hmmn, and you are happy with happy with your cheese buns and don't think they have been compromised?  Aaaagh, takes me so long to get to correct spelling if iPad thins it knows better!!!! Go home stupid cos I'm off to bedddddddddd.....aaaaaghhhhh! (Hate auto correct *angr\y*))

Used your recipe today Chookie to make a plait.Went a bit overboard with the poppy seeds :D :D :D

That bread looks just terrific CC!! I don't think you went overboard with the poppy seeds ( love poppy seeds!) looks lovely on that beautiful rack of yours!!:)

Made two lots of these so 12 rolls total for flat hamburger buns.. Made one lot for friends and the other lot for us :)



Love this recipe .. So easy .. Never fails :)

Frozzie,  these look so good.  Love these flat rolls.  What did you put on top to flatten them,  and when did you do it ?

Chookie i put a second oiled tray on top of formed rolls that i had brushed with water after first rise as didnt have a free water bottle to spray (brushing worked fine) then gently pushed tray down onto them and as my tray wasnt overly heavy i put two empty muffin trays the same size on top of tray so when it did the second rise it rose out and not up.. Left it to rise until the rolls were practiclly touching then put in preheated oven with all of the trays on top still and a Container of water on bottom of oven and cooked as per recipe..which is how i remember yourself and maddy doing it if i remember some time back :)
