KMW, pleased you are enjoying this recipe.   I have just made it and created an Olive and Rosemary loaf.  I made bread as normal up to second rise and left it in the bowl.  I put it back on the machine and added 1  1/4 cups of sliced olives and 3 tips of fresh Rosemary that had been cut into small bits and cooked in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.  All  added to bowl and kneaded again for 45 seconds. Bake as normal.   This bread freezes well and reheats well. Have fun with the recipe.
Had surprise visitors for Dinner so was able to quickly heat an olive and rosemary bread stick .  Great to have in freezer.

This is a basic recipe.  You can add almost anything to it without it failing.  Recently I simmered a little chopped Rosemary in olive oil and added this with sliced olives to the mix after the first rise.  You could add the olives at the start but I don't like the pinkish color that the olives give the bread if you do this.

Happy with this loaf today. I was impatient about the rise today but all good!
