Very Excited Newbie

Hello,
I just got my Thermomix on Saturday and I am utterly in love with it!! I have only made a few things, bread rolls, hummus, fennel salad, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, smoothies, veg concentrate and tuna pasta.
I am sitting at work right now and can not wait to get home and cook up a storm! Have been lurking the past few days and can see some great recipes for me to try.
Better get back to it I suppose.........

Welcome Bella75. It's hard to go to work and leave the TMX- we all understand. Sounds like you did some great things over the weekend.

Hi Belle75, welcome to the forum. You've done well with what you have achieved in such a short space of time and I can understand how you would prefer to be in your kitchen at the moment and not at work

Thanks guys, I made cauliflower soup last night but slightly different from the book:
chopped an onion and 2 cloves of garlic for about 30sec and then sauted with a glug of olive oil for about 2 mins, then added the cauliflower, a tablespoon of veg concentrate, cumin powder (as much or as little as you like) and water covering the cauliflower, 15 mins on Verhoma on speed 1. Then blitzed it on 10 till really smooth. Tastes really yum!
