Useful sauce for fish, poultry and meat.
« on: September 09, 2010, 08:50:54 am »
I made this up the other night to go with a pot roast cooked with a tiny bit of red wine. It was really nice and have since had it with fish and poultry.

½ cup sour cream ( I actually used natural yoghurt)
2 tablespoons seeded mustard

Mix together and leave for a while for the flavours to mix. Serve with anything you like.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Love mustard but hadn't thought of using yoghurt (usually go for the calorie laden cream!!) Will give this a go. Thanks Cookie1

Good work MrsT makes something similar for her chicken sauce.  Good thinking.
