When I. Make it for the GC,  I put only a little spice mix in to the flour.   Hally,  if you are making nuggets, it is a good idea to do the soaking in the buttermilk mix as it keeps them moist.

Hally,  good.  Another hole in freezer. ;D ;D ;D  I'm about to make some more of the spice mix.  KFC for tea with left over Sweet and Sour Sauce.  I was tempted to freeze it,  so feel very pleased with myself,  and inspired by you. ;D ;D ;D

Chookie has certainly developed a winner in this adaptation - we always have a bottle in the cupboard and I have made up so many bottles for friends after discovering this finger lickin' good post not long after getting thermie!!!!!!  :)  :)
