For those potential buyers in USA, unfortunately there are no sellers for the new TM31.  :( :( :(

However you can buy in Canada. They will provide with the same warranty and after sales service as they do with their Canadian customers.

You can also buy it in Mexico. What we have is a branch from Vorwerk Germany. We have excellent after sales service. Contact me. I can sell it to you and send it. ;)

Hi everybody! I'm very glad to be part of your group!
Good news for customers in US!
I bought my new Thermomix TM31 last week-end: Toronto, Ontario from another distributor in Canada,
During that presentation, I also bought a new spatula for my old Thermomix (TM21) and some new cookbooks. That distributor keeps Thermomix TM21, TM31 and pieces. The warranty is 2 years and they give after-sale service.
I bought my first Thermomix (TM21) 5 years ago in US and now I'm crazy about it! Tomorrow I will try a new receipe from that presentation... in the Varoma!
Good luck with this distributor:

Bonjour francoiseny et bienvenue à notre forum

Great to hear that TMX is up & going in the US.  I hope that Vorwerk can help upgrade your website.  It really is not very helpful and does not even talk about the TM31.

Do you need to use adapters still or are they making the TMX for 110V ?

Again, welcome.

I know their website is a little bit confuse, but consultants are here to help you for any questions. I have 30 years of experience of cooking with Thermomix so I am sure I can help you.

Merci

I feel sorry for you that the website is confusing - it is harder to obtain sales if the advertising/support on the website is not so good.

Glad to hear that you have so much experience - you will be a great help to us, and hopefully we can assist you.

Au revoir

My translation of above -

"Since you seem to speak French so I will answer you in French will be easier for me in French
Can the next time I have your name ?

It is true that the Thermomix website does not give the names of the demonstrators and that is a bit difficult to know who to purchase a Thermomix. This is what I meant by confusing .....

I just want to get the message that it is possible to buy the Thermomix in the USA with a good service after sale and that we can assist the clientele."

Bonjour

Thermomixer

( Hello

I'm sorry, but I do not speak French very well. I would like to speak French better ..

I have not seen much information on Thermomix in the U.S. and I think if the site was better, then it would be better for demonstrators and vendors.

Please understand that I am trying to be helpful and live in Australia,  so do not see any advertising that may be done on TV.

I would like to see more sales in the U.S. because then we will have more people involved in the Forum and writing recipes.

It would be best for Thermomix across the world.

Hi FrancoiseNY

Have you read the article http://www.postgazette.com/pg/06201/707008-34.stm ?

You may become the Thermomix angel for the US ?

Seems like the reporter may not have all the correct information?

Thanks

Francoiseny

I am travelling to the USA in Feb 09 and have been asked to demonstrate to around 15 personal chefs...I am hoping you can help me as obviously my TM31 will need major renovations for it to work over there effectively.  Can you contact me personally?

Note: the post below appeared in response to a message from Christina in the USA, which has since been removed.

Hi Christina and welcome to the forum  :)

I am an authorized Thermomix consultant of the Canadian Manufacturers and sell the TM31 in the USA, ...

Just a little correction for those who may not be aware, but uh... for starters... Thermomix is manufactured in Europe, not in Canada!

You do extend a tempting offer to those who want to buy Thermomix in the USA, but since Thermomix is not :( officially represented in the US, (as we all know) your statement will, I fear, only create more ??? confusion. Which of the two Canadian distributors do you represent? To help clear up the confusion, could you please show us where you are listed on the website of Thermomix Canada as a US rep.? (This should go a long way to helping you sell more Thermomix  ;) )

If/when Thermomix begins to be legally, officially, represented in the USA, I intend to be the first to shout  :o, about it from the rooftops and from the blog at http://SuperKitchenMachine.com

The most up-to-date information about where to buy Thermomix is always shown here:
http://www.superkitchenmachine.com/thermomix-tm31/where-to-buy-thermomix

Hope this helps  ;)

[
Helene,
I misspoke I meant Canadian distributors not manufacturers! I find it fascinating how passionate you are about Thermomix and this is not the first time we've crossed paths but for your information we are authorized distibutors of Fantan Enterpise for Vorwerk Thermomix.  If you'd like to purchase the TM31 in the USA I will gladly assist you in doing so but please do not bash my emails with information like this that you can not fully support.
Thank you.

]]

I am confused Christina? Is Fantan Enterprise  the distributor for Thermomix in the States now? Is it true that it is free shipping to the States. That would be wonderful news. Please let me know as I have several friends in the US who are most interested.

Are you afiliated with the other distributors in Canada or is this a new business just for the USA? If that is the case then we would all be delighted.

Please clear this up for us Christina.

Hi there: I did not mean to 'bash' but to clarify the confusion. And the confusion seems to resist clarification, still.

I received several emails last week asking me to explain your claim of representing Thermomix in the USA, so I was following up on these by asking for more information. In fact, when I contacted Fantan (the distributor for Western Canada) directly, they told me that you are most assuredly not representing them -- I'm sure you can appreciate my bewilderment. This forum, my blog, and others are interested in disseminating accurate information about Thermomix. When the information gets muddled, we only want to render clarity.

As the first US rep for a Canadian Thermomix distributor you will quickly meet MANY others who have been waiting for this opportunity, and who will jump at the chance to represent Thermomix in the USA like yourself. As my blog receives thousands of inquiries from the US each week, I would be most happy to see this go forward.

Best wishes,
H.
(and for the record... I for one, am still confused.)
