Hi my name is Ardeth and i am a new owner of a thermomix tm31. i have 2 young kids and husband to cook for and i believe the thermomix will make my job a whole lot easier. i have spent the last three days just trying out the basic recipies and getting use to the way it works. i'm new to the froum format as well, but i hope to get the hang of it and get cooking!!

Hi Ardeth, welcome to the forum. Take small steps with both the TMX and the forum, spend a lot of time with both and before you know it you will be an old hand like the rest of us. It is a huge learning curve but one you will enjoy all the way.

All I can say is ditto to the above and practice, practice, practice!
That's what I'm doing. I've only had mine 2 days so far. I should spend more time playing with it than on here!
I'm just so excited I can't stop talking about it to anyone that will listen. At least on here people dont get sick of talking about the TM.

Welcome from me too atpemberton. I'm having lots of fun with my new TMX too. Am going to make some scones today from a recipe I got off of here last night!
When I read your user name I got real excited as I thought you may have actually been at Pemberton. Just up the road from me, well a little bit, I'm in Albany
