Well, Tenina has definitely done it again. The recipe is here
http://tenina.com/2008/05/get-fudged/
and is absolutely delicious. Even I love it, and I'm not a fudge fan, although my family are.
Everyone who tried it raved over it (about 20 different people) and my husband has asked me to make him some with Chilli for Hannukah.
Way too easy, and way too tasty!!
This would definitely make a very good gift - if you could bear to part with it.

Great to know - thanks! There's a Co-op just down the road - I can see a trip on the cards tonight for some serious chocolate buying
All in the interest of presents, naturally .....

I made some yesterday to give to a friend as a birthday gift. I used hazelnuts and eating chocolate (a mix of dark and milk). It was really yummy.

We need a little icon with his fingers in his ears and something over his eyes
going la la la la -this fudge could REALLY be my downfall.

I made this to give as gifts, and it's yummy! But so gooey-sticky! What did I do wrong? I'm freezing it to see if that helps, but I'm not sure how to package it as gifts, or even if I should try...
Any advice or ideas?

I think something may have gone wrong there. Mine always sets perfectly. Perhaps check that you used the correct quantities of ingredients and make sure it was given enough time to set in the fridge (a couple of hours or overnight).

I think maybe it had something to do with me trying to create my own condensed milk from the evaporated milk I had on hand...

That may be it. I'm sure it still tastes very yummy though.
