I used last night's thick vegie soup as a sauce for penne.  Mmm, another idea brewing here.

Great idea Judy.
We tried a new recipe, Thai fish cakes that had green beans hidden in them. Kids had no idea ;D

Moussaka leftover from Wednesday night.

Even nicer tonight. I always think moussaka tastes better the next day or in this case 2 days later  ;)

That's so true Judy and good for us as we don't mind eating the same meal 2 days in a row.
My SIL doesn't and won't even have leftovers for lunch. Lucky the rest of his family are happy to enjoy it.

DH is making stout and beef cheek pies for dinner - smells so good already, takes 5 hrs slow cooking for the meat.

We had the steamed chicken dumplings from here. They were pretty good although I think I overlooked them.
