Scrambled egg post dentist for DH!
Then I went out for walk with a friend and ended up having toast before and a snack of nuts and fruit after.

We had butter chicken the other night and there was a lot of sauce left. Tonights dinner is slivers of beef cut up and cooked in the sauce, with rice and naan.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
