sorry wonder....it is the EDC pizza dough, but uses 300g warm water, instead of 280g as listed in EDC.Habit calling it pizza bianca I make 4 pizzas from the 1 dough batch....and remember to dock the dough first I forgot on the first one, and crust rose up and was toughing the element
