I love hot spicy Tom Yum soup, especially on such a wet, cold and dreary day 😄

Did I say I adore Thai cuisine? ;D

Beef & vegetable Pie.  I made the filling yesterday and did the pastry this morning.  It's now in the oven cooking.

Mmn, that Tom Yum soup sure looks yum. Just lamb chops and salad here tonight. I've got some soup in the fridge but I just can't face it again today. DH flying in tonight so he will finish it off until its gone.

Going to the local Thai restaurant for neighbours DD's 18th birthday, our DD's are only 2 weeks apart in age and even though very different girls are the best of friends and we have tea together for every one of the 18 years so should be a bit of a sentimental night.
