All the above food in photos looks great. Think Forum Thermomix should be putting out its own cooking book.
Last night made Chow Mein, easy as I spent hours in the garden. Tonight, more time in garden, so left over Chow Mein made into Spring Rolls.

You are probably just looking forward to your holiday Robyn and cooking is not the main thing on your agenda at the moment.

Hally
I can only just remember our ipads 'beer' glitches - do I actually want to claim any ownership to this 'new' status?
so my little yellow friend is pointing an accusatory finger in a certain direction.

This week starts the 3 monthly clear-out-the-freezer time.. Yesterday I defrosted some tandoori paste that was made in the tm and I added to some minced chicken and made into patties and served on some lovely artisan bread I bought yesterday with salad.
Today I used up some home made beef stock and cauli florets that were in there, which I added to fresh veg, herbs, cannellini beans, bacon, pasta etc and turned it into Hearty Vegetable Soup. Made a huge pot so now waiting for it to cool so I can freeze it in cups that DH takes to work.(he has his own freezer full of meals for him to take to work).
There was too much to make it in the tm, but I used it for the chopping of veg, made the job so much easier and quicker.

JulieO, you are much more organised than most of us in clearing out your freezer - if only we could take a leaf out of your book

Thankyou
I do a clear out every 3 months, so middle to end of Sept/Dec/Mar etc. I always know then when it needs to be done, also it means that nothing in the freezer is more than 3 months old. Once you start to do it it becomes easier some how.
