Trying Sticky Lemongrass Pork Patties from Michele Curtis "whats for dinner". With Gerts quinoa salad.

I had diced pork in the freezer, partially defrosted it yesterday & minced perfectly in TM :)

An old fashioned beef casserole, just so we can have it with TMX mashed potato! I will use the recipe in MWOC again, hopefully it is OK to use slightly more than one kg of potatoes.

A bowl of soup as we are so full from our High Tea today.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Left over Honey & Mustard Chicken from last night with rice and steamed veg.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Kam Heong Kai. Translate from Cantonese: Golden Fragrant Chicken. Something we used to order when eating out in KL.

Delicious sauce made up from curry powder, oyster sauce and soya sauce.
