We are having soup and CP's lovely cheese and olive bread.

Creamy chicken tomato pasta made in the TMX.  Followed by crepes and ice cream with maple syrup.

CP, I bought the stainless steel plates (in various sizes) at a shop in Canning Vale.

Wonder, I steam my vege in plates too. Don't have to wash the varoma after steaming.

Nasi Lemak night. Coconut rice, sambal anchovies, stir fried okra and curry potatoes.

Curried Scallops here tonight.
Made a coconut curry sauce and poured over raw scallops in a casserole dish, topped with fresh bread crumbs and some dollops of butter. Cooked in the oven for 20 minutes. Yum yum I really enjoyed it :)

BZB that looks very inviting. We are having roast beef tonight , cooked in the Easy Cook in the laundry. It keeps the heat out of the kitchen.

Sweet and sour meatballs, lemon chicken and fried rice.  Quite an accomplishment considering I have no stove.  Managed to pull off Roast lamb leg with roast veges and nuked veges last night.  At least my new stove has made it inside, has been on the front patio since April.   :o Maybe I will have a working stove some time next year.
