Cold meat & salad.

We had Amy's quiches, Judy's caramelised onion and mushroom tartlets and salad. Delicious :)

We bought our Christmas ham today so dinner was ham steaks and veggies.

pizzas for 2 girls at miss7s request (but as miss4 is DF and the pizzas were already made up with cheese on them in the freezer she has to have something else)
cold chicken and pasta salad for miss4 (made from leftovers in the fridge)
DH and I are going to have peppered steak, bacon, eggs and fried mashed potato.  :D

So a bitzer meal here using up a few bits-n-bobs.  ;D

Judy did you use the chorizo you made from and earlier recipe? I remember seeing it and thinking I would like to give it a try but never got around to it.

I'll have to dig out the recipe. I would really like to try the chorizo carbonara from Jamie's 15 min meals and I'm not a huge fan of purchases chorizo although DD and DH love it.

Chicken nuggets and salad. Trying not to have leftovers. But at least lunch is catered for tomorrow.
