Thanks for the photo Gert, I love the spicy ones it's more the fat content I'm not keen on. We are very fortunate and have a fantastic Spanish Deli not far from us that make their own Chorizo so think I will stock up next time I'm there so I'm not tempted to buy an inferior one from the supermarket.

We were having our usual pizza but then I realised very late in the day that we had run out of Napolitana sauce to put on the bases. It takes a while to cook so we ended up having Maccas. So easy. Pizza tomorrow night. The sauce is all made.
