Love green curry too.
Fussy kids here so it's sausages and salad.

I had some pasta thawed out for tea tonight but after leaving Geoff I fancied fish and chips so bought enough for Mum and I then called into her place.

At least they didn't refuse to eat it.
We had some Scotch Fillet in the freezer so had that with veggies. Not too much trouble.

No they loved it Cookie and DH went back for seconds. Here they are the youngest helping her brother search for them. When they were gone they were content to search for peas lol.

Gorgeous photo, INAID
What a helpful little Miss!
We had warm chicken and pumpkin salad tonight. (An old varoma demo recipe.) The recipe makes a huge amount, so will probably stretch for lunch and tea tomorrow.

Lovely photo INAID and I can see Henry in the background too.
I remember that salad Sue, very nice. I tend to forget about the recipes we started out with. Shows how spoilt for choice we are now.

Jamie's 15 min Chicken Dim Sum, coconut buns, cucumber pickle & Hoi Sin Sauce, done in the veroma. Very nice, even DH like it.

Country soup....
Mixed species... Turkey stock with few scraps of lamb, and lots of veg and a few grains.
Yum
