I made these gorgeous little meatloaves today:
http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/29705/italian+chicken+meatloaves+with+mash
I couldn't find the sun-dried toms that I know are in my freezer so I didn't add them which I think would make a nice difference to these. Served with mash and veggies they were appriciated by my lot.

Just wonderful Julie.

agreed Mich.
Dinner here tonight is to be chicken fried in nuttelex and crushed garlic, homemade wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, coleslaw (so long as I don't puree it again
) and corn cobs.

Yummo Julie, that looks so good better than the actual photo for the recipe.
Here is burritos/tacos with the usual suspects, lettuce, tomato, sour cream.

Julie, your dinner looks so yummy.
I love how this forum Inspires us all to try recipes that someone else has made recently. Tonight I made a half serve of fresh corn, pancetta and chives from QFITT, and whilst it was cooking, I reheated the leftover mini soufflés in the varoma. I also panfried some mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in garlic butter, but next time I would steam them in the varoma too. I substituted some of the Christmas ham for the pancetta, and it was delicious. I will definitely make this again.
I'm reluctant to post my photos after Julie's

Your meatloaves look yummy JulieO. Better than the recipe photo.
Tonight I made Dani Valent's beef stir fry only I used beef strips and steamed the veg in the varoma, along with the meat, whilst the rice was cooking.

Made a Quiche tonight using up odds and ends kicking around in the fridge.
Used Cookie's
Cream Cheese Pastry.
The filling was a sautéed leek,a piece of Stilton cheese, another piece of cheese
Grated ,2 eggs beaten with a bit of cream with milk added to it and 3 bits of crispy bacon.
It was delicious.
