Maddy I really think we need to move to your house!! Always stunning looking meals.
Tonight we had Kebabs with Rosemary Flatbread and Salad from Jr Masterchef masterclass last week.

My kids are Jr/Masterchef obsessed so converted/made this meal for them.
Was really lovely.

Oh boy, I've been missing out on some great recipes lately as I see everyone is cooking such and such's lasagne, or another person's soup etc!
We're having roast chicken for tea tonight and not sure what for dessert. Off to look for inspiration!

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I would imagine it is a very busy time for you MJ. How is the harvest?

Got home sooo late, so bunged some pita pizza's in the pizza maker (my second favourite appliance
)
I used spinach & pinenut dip for the base sauce, and topped with smoked chicken, avocado, pinenuts and sliced bocconcini.

Great idea using a dip as the base for the pizza maddy - I have a couple of different types of dip in the freezer which could do the trick here. I don't even know why I bother making dips, they all seem to end up in the freezer.

LoL Judy......you must have a whopping sized freezer for all your cooking that you do!
Dips are great bases for pizza's....also you could use your leftover dips for quick sauces for your pasta dishes, and the like.
Leftover dip is also great on top of open hamburgers

We had chookie's kfc chicken, with wedges and steamed veg.
the 'kfc' mix obviously made in the tmx. The wedges par boiled in the tmx and the veg steamed in it.
And it must be the angle they weren't the biggest wedges in history, lol.

Oh yes please. Can you roll that maddy or do you eat it with a knife and fork?
We had butter chicken tonight using some sauce & rice I had in the freezer - nice and quick after being out all day.
