Oh yes please.  Can you roll that maddy or do you eat it with a knife and fork?

We had butter chicken tonight using some sauce & rice I had in the freezer - nice and quick after being out all day.

Knife and fork Judy.....it's quite juicy!
I use refried beans mixed with salsa for the base, add grated cheese and cook in pizza maker for 3 minutes, then top with the beef, and the rest.

Zan.....your too nice  :D
P.S......that salami/tomato fettuccine is one of my faves  ;)

Maddy how do you do your refried beans?
Once bought a can and the kids hated them.
And really your photos inspire me.
Makes me remember how still photography was never my thing when I did photography, and also why maybe I shouldn't rely on throwing the food on the plate and taking a photo with my phone, lol.

Oh I love this tread because of the time difference it gives me inspiration of what to cook for future suppers. ;D Today I have planned to cook Turkey, thyme and leek meatloaf. I will have to call it "Turkey Bake" to get it passed DH. :D :D I will let you know if my deception works. ;)

Actually Zan, I've never made them  :P  It was late when we got home, so I used tinned refried beans, mixed together with a jar of salsa.  It actually works well together....as I won't eat it on it's own  :)
I must search out a recipe and try and make them....usually when I think to use it, time is the problem.

Our kids LOVE refried beans on tortillas, especially with all the other toppings!  We often use the tinned ones (you can buy organic ones that are nice), but I do make them sometimes too.

LOL Maddy! So no great photo of that one then!

We had Squisito Cabretto from Meat on the Menu.

Have posted a review, but was a nice stew and would do again.

I saw a recipe for refried beans in a TM cookbook yesterday.  I am pretty sure it was the Cyndi O'Meara one.  :)

I have a refried beans recipe on my blog too - they're made in the crockpot.  Haven't got a photo though - must make them again and take a photo!  (Not very inspiring to take photos of!  ;) )
