My turn to take supper to my DD on our aquafit night. We're having vegetable au-gratin made with that awesome cheese sauce and mince meat mini pies thanks to the pie maker.

All you need to do Bootobethin is to place some steamed vegies in a casserole dish, top with a cheese sauce, sprinkle some breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese and bake until brown and heated through.

was just about to get some takeaway cos I didn't feel like cooking, but then made Chelsea's Chow Mein (feel a lot better about that after the meal than I would after eating probaby fish and chips). She has done a wonderful job of converting this into a healthy TM meal without using a soup packet like the original recipe - you would never taste the difference.
