I'm going to try to make chicken tinga. I have a recipe that's really simple to convert to the TM, and it's so yummy!!!

I have corned silverside in the slow cooker now, and have the peeled potatoes in a bowl of water ready to cook for mash. Then will steam some veg and make a mustard sauce to go with it later.  :)

We're having chicken breast stuffed with something or other and wrapped in prosciutto as I have some left over. I might use the air fryer for it.
