No, it was all in the bowl Hally.  It beeped whilst she was getting ready to go out so I went into the pantry to turn it off.

Today I cooked a marinated pork fillet in the sous vide.  Once done I reduced down the marinade/cooking juices on the stove top for a few mins while quickly searing the top of the fillet.
Served the reduced sauce drizzled over the top and served with a simple salad.

The pork had a nice pink blush in the middle, but doesn't show up very well in the photo.  So moist and tender, loved it. :)

The kids are having homemade buns with ham and lettuce ATM, (their request) and nice and easy for me....doing the lunchboxes for tomorrow at the same time.  ;D
DH is out so I will have a steak sandwich with him later  :)

We had Tenina's Tandoori Chicken Salad from KIS. I cooked the chicken in the air fryer. It was lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
