No, it was all in the bowl Hally. It beeped whilst she was getting ready to go out so I went into the pantry to turn it off.

Today I cooked a marinated pork fillet in the sous vide. Once done I reduced down the marinade/cooking juices on the stove top for a few mins while quickly searing the top of the fillet.
Served the reduced sauce drizzled over the top and served with a simple salad.
The pork had a nice pink blush in the middle, but doesn't show up very well in the photo. So moist and tender, loved it.

The kids are having homemade buns with ham and lettuce ATM, (their request) and nice and easy for me....doing the lunchboxes for tomorrow at the same time.
DH is out so I will have a steak sandwich with him later

We had Tenina's Tandoori Chicken Salad from KIS. I cooked the chicken in the air fryer. It was lovely.
