Crispy duck and spicy fish steamed in banana leaves. We're in Bali on holiday 😊

Left overs from cooking with CC yesterday.

This http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7971.0

Very good. Used red chillie, 1tsp, needed more.
Next time we decided we'd add a little stock too, and would try it with fresh coriander too.
We served it with pasta.

Where so you keep your air fryer Judy?  I have to say that you are keeping up your cooking for just one Judy. I don't know if I could be bothered to cook meals just for me. I probably would not eat very well and cave into fads eating oysters  for a week followed by pizza for a week then maybe papaya  or  broccoli! ;D ;D

Lol Gert. I would be exactly the same! Saladas with tomato, cheese and red onion is my go to if no one else is around and I can't be bothered. Leftover lemongrass chicken, fried rice and Mongolian lamb.

The air fryer is kept in the little family room at the end of the kitchen Gert - a few steps away from where I cook with it.  I wasn't bothered much about food for quite some time after I found myself on my own but nowadays I do like to cook for myself.  I have too many recipes to try before I move into a nursing home myself  ;D

We had BZB's Golden Fragrant Chicken. I wasn't sure if DH would like it but he loved it. Said it had lovely flavours. Thank you BZB.
