The rice cakes and veggies were different to what I had envisaged but were very nice. They were served with a sort of salsa and ricotta. Next time I would serve with goat's cheese or feta as I think it will go with the food better.  They were sort of fiddly but the thermomix made it so much easier.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Quiches for dinner. AF pumpkin,capsicum,garlic and onion and made cookies cream cheese pastry. Af makes quick work of roast veges.

we had mince, corn kernels, beef ravioli and bol sauce in the slow cooker all together tonight. Tasted like lasagne. Guess it sort of was - without the cheese sauce (cuz of miss4's intolerance.)  :D
