How did you turn that a/f meat into a ragu Uni? It looks amazing.
I had a pizza from the freezer tonight.

just make a nap sauce with carrots and peas add chuck of roasted meat and cook until the meat fulls apart
i did mine in the PC it didn't take 2 long, if making on the stove top i normally would cook it for a few hours or use the slow cooker
if using PC, add peas and carrots after 15mins of cooking
dinner tonight was a 2 kiss thanks love

No kids asked for fish. Then we saw a stuffed sweet potato recipe at IGA. So gave that a whirl and I wanted bruscetta lol.

Chicken and cashews with coconut satay sauce and coconut rice. We just love it.
Last night we had Pumpkin soup with coconut/cardamom panna cotta, then roast pork with the usual suspects.
