Twister loaf, dukka coated chicken breast, beetroot spinach feta and pine nut salad and sweet potato fritters with citrus aioli.
Followed by poppy seed cheese cake with lemon butter.  DS and girlfriend coming and apparently we must have AF chips with that!

I havent cooked for them for such a long time. Even though we only have little Leo he takes up so much brain space( if you know what I mean). I am enjoying being able to at last. I feel at long last i have my mojo back.
The loaf looks ok but will seal the ends better next time.  I really love the inspiration from everyone on here, without it i would probably still be not bothered.

Your bread looks lovely Bedlam. We had chicken parmigiana tonight. I was in a can't be bothered mood. Simple veggies with it too.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
