That looks absolutely delicious BZB. I wish my leftover meals looked like that.

Yum BZB. I made savoury mince. It was delicious. Served with cheesy bread.

I made Jo's Paprika Chicken with Creamy Paprika Sauce tonight.A fabulous recipe very tasty.I did reduce the amount of rice, cooked the chicken for an extra two minutes and next time will thicken the sauce with cornflour.

Just the one printed in the recipe Judy. I see in the reviews people had success with the coconut milk option. ;)

Roast pork, smashed potatoes, veggies, gravy and crispy crackle for those that don't have braces on their teeth (which is everyone else in the house except me......and I'm sick of the crunching sounds!).

Was prepping for dinner when the power went off at 6pm. Oh no! I was going to start cooking rice in TM and frying fish in Airfryer. Fish got cancelled and a quick google produced method for stovetop rice.

Cooked sesame oil chicken and sambal kangkung in the wok. That was per original plan but had to be done by candlelight.

Boys thought it was cool. They were doing homework by candlelight. Just like the olden days.

Rice turned out well. DS11 said it tasted better than TM rice. Hahaha :)

It's certainly handy having a gas stove top for times like this BZB.
