I have pork forequarter chops in the SC now - we will have them with roast potatoes, zucchini slice and veg  :)

We're having Bang Bang Chicken. It was a recipe in our newspaper during the week. It sounds nice, hopefully it tastes nice too.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We just had chicken cutlets with roast and steamed veg. (DH working late and miss7 has devoured his chicken.... :-)) ???)

Sure did Judy. There was very little flavour. The dressing/gravy or whatever it was was nice. But that was about all.
