Grrr, was sitting in the floor leaning over laptop for 1 hour discussing my secuirty code with the bank!!!! Happens regularly. Back went when I tried to get up. My very easy to go dinner these days is AF Roast Chicken.

You just cant beat it for a fuss free meal with veg steamed in varoma :) :) family loves it :)

Ouch Hally, take care.
We had Jam's pizza and sauce.  Very tasty but i rolled the dough a bit to thin.  I love the texture.

Dinner tonight - pork ribs 2 ways [1 lot marinating now in a spicy Caribbean sauce mix, the other lot plain], roast potatoes, kumara and pumpkin, and steamed corn, spinach & carrots

Veg frittata for us, & cp chicken & corn soup. Easy dinners tonight.

Back feeling much better today :)

Ceasar salad made with Tandoori chicken from the tandor oven. Simply delicious :)
