The lamb looks really nice CC. Troupie a growing list is a sign of most forum members.

I was going to do something with my list on Thursday and started the day with big plans till I found out I was out of vanilla and then it took all morning at the shops; guess what, I came home with much more than one thing and then forgot the vanilla.

Always the way Troupie  :D :D I usually leave my shopping list on the kitchen counter and then have to phone DH to read it out to me whilst pushing the shopping trolley :D :D :D

Ooh I've done that too CC. But no good if DH not home.
Tonight we had quirky cooking fried rice. Love the way the egg steams in the varoma tray. Very quick and easy recipe.

Last night we had beef briskte which was slow cooked for 4 hours in wine, stock, herbs & veg. I followed the instructions from the chef at the restaurant. It was amazing, you could just pulll it apart with forks. Very flavoursome & so tender :)

Sounds amazing Hally. Very kind of the chef too.
We had baked giant pasta shells stuffed with a ricotta pesto mix.

Korean beef bulgogi, cooked in the airfryer. Not even sure if the taste was accurate as I've only had it once and that was four years ago. Still, it was yummy 😋 Recipe from Adam Liaw's cookbook, "Asian After Work"
