Pork chops and veggies.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Glad to hear you have support astarra, we all know you would do the same for others in your situation.

It's lovely that you have a supportive family Astarra.  :D As Judy said you would do the same if another was in your situation.
That's what families do. We all have ups and downs in family life but pull together when someone is in need of help.
I hope you get better soon but it will take some time unfortunately. Don't overdo things although easier said than done  ;)

Roast Lamb with roast vegs.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I often wish I had a sister Astarra. I guess it's a little too late now.  ;)

Tonight we are having all the veggies from the fridge, cooked in the varoma, adding a tin of chickpeas and put them into a cheese sauce. DD wanted lots of veggies for dinner. That's what we're having.  ;D
