a very kind SIL rang this morning and offered to do dinner for us tonight, said she will drop it round about 6pm  ;D
Very kind of your SIL Astarra.By my calculation of the time difference it must be on its way now ;) ;D

it was so kind of her, and delicious roast lamb with roast potato and pumpkin, zucchini fingers, beans, tomato dish, something else which escapes me now, and gravy.  Apple pie for dessert.  :D

Chicken in pyjamas

 ??? Sounds interesting Kimmy

We're having cottage pie with a generous dash of curry because I'm feeling the cold the last few days.

So glad you asked that question Michele as I was wondering what chicken in pyjamas could possibly be  ;)

Think it might be Chicken Parmigana.   :D :D

Cold roast lamb and mixed veg here.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I think you're right Mab.
Thermie had a rest today. We had pan fried salmon and potatoes with veggies and easter eggs for dessert.

We had a massaman (?) curry tonight. It was lovely. I cheated and used curry paste. We had it with rice and naan bread.
