Chelsea's chicken kiev with mash and veg. My photography is horrid and the Kiev's look like potato's - it tasted good though.

Thanks girls. Apricot chicken would have been a much healthier option but Kiev's are a favourite for DH and as we only eat dinner together over the weekends I like to make our favourite meals.

Tonight...slowcooked beef steaks with potato gems, been out all day so was nice to get home to the smell and knowledge of dinner being basically ready!!
