Chelsea's chicken kiev with mash and veg. My photography is horrid and the Kiev's look like potato's - it tasted good though.

Yes it does Michele, I was only thinking of them the other day but chose to do the apricot chicken instead.

Thanks girls. Apricot chicken would have been a much healthier option but Kiev's are a favourite for DH and as we only eat dinner together over the weekends I like to make our favourite meals.  :)

Tonight...slowcooked beef steaks with potato gems, been out all day so was nice to get home to the smell and knowledge of dinner being basically ready!!  :D
