Yes Cookie, vacuum packed the chicken with the marinade in the bag yesterday and cooked it today.

Spinach and cheese agnolotti with tomato and mushroom sauce. My pasta wasn't rolled out quite thin enough but the sauce was nice.

Mich, not sure if you would be interested but Nicco's Gnudi is the filling for spinach and riccotta anythings in balls steamed over a ragu.  We all love it and dont miss the pasta.

Mich's SC Satay recipe using beef. I put a bit of peanut butter in it. So lovely.
We had the leftovers of ES's Roasted Pumpkin soup tonight with these.
