We've been eating mostly 12wbt (Michelle Bridge body transformation for those who don't know) recipes but tonight we are having Chookies KFC after watching them cooking bar snacks on masterchef last night. I'm doing chicken breasts and will cook mine in the airfryer and will be having with a salad so still a healthy meal - just need to watch my portion size.
