We had salami, sliced thinly and crisped up, tiny tomatoes added, spinach then pasta added and boccocinii melted into it. It is very easy and very tasty.
The radishes in the garden are going mad so we had Chookie's 2 second salad with it, with a half a raw Beetroot in it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

DH was on dinner duty tonight, so it was steak of course. Although it ended up being me cooking everything else (just potatoes, carrots, and leeks on white sauce - nothing too tricky, but typical for when DH "cooks") ;)

Great focaccia Katie.
We had beef stroganoff tonight.
Last night I had dinner out with the girls. So good to have a hot meal with no interruptions.
