Great food. Gert I think I need to make a steamed pudding with custard, or even better a rum and raisin banana cake with custard.

Even the custard by itself would go down a treat here.

We had butter chicken and vegetarian biryani, both recipes from the Skinnymixers blog.
Delicious!
I cooked the curry in my TM31, as I didn't want my brand new TM5 smelling like curry and stained with turmeric.

Nice meal Katie.
I slow cooked a kg piece of chuck steak today and had a pulled beef wrap for tea. With the leftovers I added some more passata and made 4 individual pot pies.

Great cooking girls. Katie, how did you manage to cook that and spend time getting me out of a mess.? Looks delicious. Judy, love the way you extend the basics. Gert, cake with custard, yummy. Kylie, you make the pull a part look so good.
Tonight we had KFC and 2 second salad. Then Elderflower fritters with berry sauce and yoghurt.
I will show of my new found skills with a photo, I hope.
