Wow Gert, that all sounds fantastic and the picture paints a fantastic ermmmmmm picture. I'm hungry!
Built another "Plench"  (planter / bench combo)  today with MrsRC2B before hitting the books tomorrow! I have a couple of tests I need to prep for!!!!!

Thermie has been busy this week with all sorts of great creations not least of all a simple but fantastic coleslaw. Much smugness was had at the finished coleslaw when I saw the price of it in the local IGA per kg. And I'm certain ours would have been better too!

Hmm mango........ Love mango!

Nice meals Hally & Gert, great presentation Gert.

I had a tiny bit of fresh corn, onion and diced ham leftover from my pizza making this morning so I fried them off in my small frying pan, added a small tomato, then when the liquid had reduced, added 2 beaten eggs.  Voila, a very tasty omelette (or do they call it frittata these days ;))

Gert your food looks lovely. Judy yours sounds a quick Saturday night meal.
This was our dinner tonight.

Quinoa, with roasted vegetables and haloumi. It had an apple cider/EVOO dressing.
Very nice.

Delicious looking food everyone.

Last night we had marinated chicken wings with salad.  The wings were from a chicken tray that I won in a raffle while on holidays.

You just had to have a curry MF. I feel a curry conning on as well. I am thinking Vindaloo.

Cookie that looks very tasy indeed.

Snap Cookie!
We had quinoa, roasted pumpkin & haloumi salad! -with boiled eggs, pepitas, sultanas, baby spinach & caramelised balsamic :)

Nothing like quinoa to make you feel healthy (even if one had pancakes for brunch! )
