In July Goldfish posted a website for
40 Meals in 4 Hours- slow cooker freezer meals.
I made one of the recipes tonight for dinner.
Crockpot Applesauce BBQ Chicken
Fab recipe.I halved the brown sugar and used Jack Daniels BBQ sauce.I cooked it for 6 hours on low.Delicious.Will definitely make this again.

Tonight DH cooked Thai red chicken curry in the TM5 and rice in the TM31 (and he cleaned up all the mess himself). He is doing a great job looking after me. The food was delicious.

I'm glad that you're getting well looked after Katie.
DH did the next best thing to cooking and went to the butcher to buy chicken Marylands and requested that I made KFC chicken.
What's so good about that? He was one piece short as he bought enough super jumbo South Aussie prawns for my dinner
I happily bbq'd the chicken for everyone else and tucked into the prawns

I have a very busy day today, so chucked the makings of a beef casserole in the slowcooker, simmering away now and should be perfect by dinnertime....I know it is a winter food but too bad!!

Leg ham and salad tonight. I'm hoping I have some beetroot to make the beetroot salad from Tenina's Christmas ebook from last year.

As we were busy all day it had to be quick and easy, so we had the Garlic and Chili pasta from the very first calendar.
