All the food sounds great.

Kimmy, what cut of meat did you use? I've tried beef that way a couple of times and it's dried out.

We ate the remaining Mongolian Beef that was in the freezer.I thickened the sauce with cornflour which improved it for me.DH and DS still loves it  :D :D

We had Quirky Jo's Singapore noodles. The chicken was quite shredded, but it tasted lovely.

Nice salad cookie. Noodles look good too Katie.
Not sure wonder as dad supplies me with meat at the right price and unlabelled. Will find out. The bits that weren't covered in marinade did dry out a bit. We removed some of the sauce and shredded the meat in the rest of the sauce to keep moist. Think it would have been dry without it.
Judy it's funny how hubbies take on some things. DH will happily cook a bbq, fry some steak, flip pancakes, but not cook anything else. Comes in handy though.

I had AF salmon tonight, amazing so moist in the middle and crispy on the outside.  Took it out of the freezer put it in the AF 20 min 200C.  Couldn't be easier or more delicious.
Have I told you how much I love my AF.
Must get back into photo taking.

No idea Judy, but I saw on the infomercials that to cook from frozen just add a few minutes cooking time.  This was any meat.  It is very convenient to grab something from the freezer and have it cooked and  on the table 20 minutes later.  I cooked DH a thin marinated frozen steak after the salmon about 8 minutes 180, he said that was good too.

I put mine outside, even better Cookie.  Because I get complaints about the smell from the 2 non salmon eaters!

Meat patties with salads.  I cooked everything early this morning and then warmed the patties in the microwave for dinner.
