I love corned beef.
Troupie Kambrook have a SC out now too. Hally how does your DH manage to get so much time off work?  He is lucky, as you all are with your holidays. Will you be home for CP to start school?

We had a Quinoa, Rice, Haloumi and Feta salady thing. It was lovely. With Beetroot too.

Cookie we came home saturday later afternoon,left Kalbarri stopped in Geraldton and then Jurien Bay. He is back at work today. He ha used up his long service leave and is using annual leave atm.

I have sent DH down to the butcher to buy 2 pieces of steak.  DIL has lent me her air fryer for a couple of days to see if we like it.  She tells me that steak is lovely when cooked in it.  We'll see how it goes. :)

Troupie, I use my AF most days.  Grilled chees is easy and delicious. Last night boiled potatoes squashed , sprayed with a little oli SAnd P, and grilled till crispy.

I don't use mine that much but I love it for what I cook or reheat in.  Heating a full sized oven for 1 pie or a jacket potato is such a waste of electricity and time.

Thanks Chookie; never thought of it that way Judy as I too don't like putting on the oven just for the two of us unless doing something big. I am still thinking; maybe for b/day.

Curried Quinoa that has Chickpeas, cauliflower, Green Beans & Coriander. A big glob of yoghurt stirred through it. One of our favourites.
