Yes Kimmy, those Brussel Sprouts look nice, how were they prepared?
We had grilled Salmon with a Roast pumpkin, spinach & pine nut salad with honey balsamic dressing. We also had a raw Parsnip Tabouli salad.

I make Chicken,Leek and Potato Bake from the ThermOMG blog tonight.Delicious.
I used four boneless chicken thighs that I had cooked in stock in my Slow Cooker and reduced the cheese to 200g.

We had sweet potato cooked in the AF. I had cut it into cubes first. I added cooked haloumi, zucchini strips heated up until they barely wilted and then a natural yoghurt and lemon juice dressing over it. Quick, easy and perfect for the hot weather.

We are having mongolian beef in the pressure cooker with steamed veg. Too hot to do anything in the oven or bbq.

Bangers and mash, with some peas thrown in for good luck. A favourite meal of mine.  :D

I'm still eating things out of the freezer and found Lamb Mince which I made into Hally's Lamb and Feta Bugers. I served them on Chookie's No Fuss Rolls.
