Great noodles Julie.
No body wanted to touch the leftover porcupines so I made up some of Julie's enchilada sauce and tortillas and turned them into enchiladas. All leftovers gone and no complaints. Dinner done.

I must agree with Julie. That meal is really delicious. I was the only one who had avocado on mine and I didn't put the sesame seeds on either.
The soba noodles before we cooked them.

I cooked the penne in the thermomix. So easy. It took about 4-5 minutes. Here is the dinner I put it into.
