Looks very good Judy.  I've lost all interest in cooking again at the moment.  :-)) Thankfully I'm going through my freezer and making do from there for DH.  I needed to do that anyway so....  ;D

I'm doing the same Julie and really sticking with it this time. That pack of rotolo was for 2 meals so I'm having it again today with salad for lunch.

I'm the same. Just can't be bothered cooking tea! It's hot and horrible and no one really feels like eating much anyway. I've also been eating out of the freezer.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

No cooking this end either, way too hot and sticky.

I'm still cooking. But then I just had several days away so that probably helped.

It's cooler today and I'm babysitting GS, so made three salads this morning. Thought I might try Chelsea's Chicken Kievs cooked in Air fryer.

Just cooking some mini quiches in the party pie maker  :D
The first batch has been snitched off the cooling rack, so the girls obviously like them!  ;)

Used this recipe http://www.trtlmt.com.au/pie-maker-quiches/

We had a sort of pasta dish. It was chicken, mushrooms and asparagus in a cheese sauce, mixed with pasta. I put it in a casserole dish, sprinkled a bit of cheese and baked it for a while.

Astarra, a great idea.  I have always used pastry in the pie maker when making quiches, hadn't thought of the impossible pie way. Thanks for sharing.

That looks really yum Cookie, a good one dish meal for while we are away - it's on the list.  :D
