Here is the mixture of cold pumpkin soup that I made, with a splosh of hot Potato and Bacon soup that DH made. It has a little yoghurt in the centre. I really liked the mix of hot and cold. Something very different.

It looks lovely served like that cookie, did the family enjoy the combination?

Denise, another nice recipe you've found - with all the blogs out there, we have such a choice these days.

I'm having some 'healthy spring rolls' from my freezer tonight, gradually trying to work my way through the freezers so that I can fill them up again  ;D  It's going to take a long time though.

Spring rolls and steamed vegies.  Tossed the steamed baby potatoes in Trudy's Coriander Magic.  I also dipped the spring rolls and other vegies in the mixture as I was eating them.
